Area Integrator (Regional Manager) Job Description

Job Objective:

In collaboration with the Operations Team, the Area Integrator will lead and manage all aspects of multiple local swim school operations in his/her assigned area to provide world-class customer service, a cutting edge, clean facility, and outstanding swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots standard of excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure families feel welcome and not overwhelmed, understand the process, and reassure that they are making the best choice for their child
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives, including local events, social media, email and/or text campaigns, etc
  • Facilitate weekly L10 Meetings with General Managers in your assigned area
  • Assist General Managers and their teams in building trust and a sense of community/family, helping parents understand the importance of lessons and the process we use, and connecting them to our belief that swimming creates opportunities
  • Create a capable team of General Managers who are empowered to capable of building staff teams that embody our core values and provide an exceptional experience to students and parents
  • Collaborate with General Managers to ensure schools are show ready before, during, and after all operating hours
  • Be a good steward of AJT Holdings by ensuring schools are financially healthy and able to allocate resources to serve the community and make a profit, including the creation of local school budgets and overseeing the financial performance of the schools in the assigned area
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and online reviews
  • Have a plan in event of different emergencies, ensure that plans are followed through teammate training and that all emergencies and incidents are documented appropriately
  • Creating, communicating, and delivering our products & services to customers, partners, and the community
  • Assume General Manager duties in the event of GM absence or departure
  • Lead and manage the Regional Recruiter to ensure all schools are adequately staffed
  • Work with GMs and the Operations Team to ensure all major facility issues and repairs are resolved in a timely and financially responsible manner
  • Other duties as assigned and agreed on with the Operations Team

 

Key Results:

  • Net Promotor Scores of 75 or greater (12 month average)
  • Meet or exceed all financial goals
  • Turnover rate of 1.5 or less for each school in assigned region
  • 7 yeses for 7Q7P survey results for majority of teammates

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Leadership & Management
  • Sales and/or Sales Team Leadership
  • Hiring and Training of Staff
  • Customer Service Leadership
  • CPR certified
