The Regional Manager seat is an opportunity for an LSG leader to expand their impact across multiple schools. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll lead and coach General Managers across approximately 3-4 assigned schools, helping them take ownership of their teams, school performance, and results. You’ll anticipate leadership needs, develop emerging leaders, and drive consistency and accountability across your assigned region.
What You’ll Do
You’ll partner with school leaders to strengthen operational performance and leadership development across your assigned schools. This means helping leaders turn company priorities into daily action, work through challenges, and take ownership of their school’s results.
Own regional performance: Take accountability for results across assigned schools, including enrollment, labor management, lesson quality, family experience, and leadership development.
Lead and develop General Managers: Coach GMs through leadership decisions, provide clear feedback, and support their growth while holding them accountable for results.
Drive consistent execution: Reinforce our operational systems, standards, and Followed By All processes across the region.
Partner on school improvement: Work alongside school leaders to improve enrollment performance, team health, and the family experience.
Turn metrics into action: Review key operational metrics with leaders, identify performance gaps, and support corrective action and follow-through.
Build the leadership pipeline: Identify emerging leaders and partner on development opportunities that prepare them for future seats within LSG.
Anticipate Needs and lead with clarity: Recognize patterns across schools, identify challenges early, and coach leaders to understand company priorities and focus on the actions that drive the greatest impact.
Success in this seat means developing GMs who can lead strong teams and deliver consistent results. You'll stay close to school operations while coaching leaders to solve problems, make decisions, and own their outcomes.
