General Manager Job description

We are looking to hire someone who is friendly, driven, humble, and willing ready to join our close-knit team as the General Manager of our North Raleigh school!

You will be leading and managing all aspects of a local swim school operation, to provide world-class customer service in a cutting edge, clean facility and outstanding swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots Standard of excellence.

Schedule:

-Typically 11am-7pm during the week but flexible and based on the needs of your school

-Weekends availability required

-Significant (paid) time off for holidays and additional closed days monthly

-More weekly time off during slower seasons

Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to):

-Ensure families feel welcome

-Build trust and a sense of community/family

-Create a capable team of front desk/ water safety instructor team that embody our core behaviors

-Ensure the facility is well maintained and family ready before, during, and after operating hours

-Maintain an organized point of sale system to allow ease of use by the front desk

-Ensure the school is financially healthy by being motivated to make goals and allocate resources to better serve the community and make a profit
