Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for a strong, people-first leader to help run daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an outstanding experience for every family we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll grow your management skills while making a real difference in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop front desk and aquatic staff
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Support scheduling, staffing, and daily school operations
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Help build a positive, high-performing team culture
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility
