What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting families, answering calls, and responding to emails with professionalism and warmthGuide families through enrollment, program selection, and ongoing account support
Clearly communicate the value of our swim curriculum and water safety mission
Resolve scheduling, billing, and account inquiries with efficiency and care
Celebrate student milestones with enthusiasm—stickers, high-fives, and encouragement
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
Collaborate with teammates and participate in trainings and team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (sales, hospitality, admin, or similar roles)
- Experience working with children (babysitting, coaching, teaching, etc.) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
