Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking to hire a highly motivated leader ready to join our close-knit team as the General Manager of our Cary school! The right person will embody our Core Behaviors: Be Friendly, Be Driven, Be Humble, and Be Willing.
You will be leading a team of 15-25 teammates, and managing all aspects of a local swim school operations to provide world-class customer service in a cutting-edge, clean facility to provide outstanding swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots Standard of excellence. We see our General Managers as small business owners who take accountability and pride in their team and school.

Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to):
-Maintain excellent swim lessons and customer service.
-Build trust and a sense of community for the team and families we serve by being present in the lobby, and engaging with the team, working alongside them.
-Lead a capable team of front desk teammates and water safety instructors that are driven by the mission and embody our core behaviors.
-Ensure the facility is well maintained and family ready before, during, and after operating hours.
-Maintain organized processes and systems used by the team.
-Oversee and directly influence all school operations including but not limited to: Revenue goals and projections, P&L, payroll, class percentages, turnover, and customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Scores.
