Pay & Benefits

Full-time (38+ hours per week)
$40,000–$45,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Schedule

Schedule varies by season and peak swim times (weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends required).
Role includes swim instruction, deck supervision, team coaching, and administrative leadership.


About the Role

As an Aquatic Manager, you’ll lead and develop our swim instructor team while ensuring every lesson meets our safety and curriculum standards. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive team performance, maintain strong pool operations, and create an exceptional experience for families.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll coach in the water, observe lessons, and provide real-time feedback while helping shape a positive, high-accountability culture.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and coach aquatic staff

  • Conduct instructor assessments and in-service trainings

  • Develop team members and support performance improvement

Pool Operations & Safety

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curriculum quality

  • Monitor safety protocols and manage incident reporting

  • Assist with scheduling and daily coverage needs

Family Experience

  • Build strong relationships with families

  • Address aquatic-related concerns professionally

  • Support consistent lesson quality and student progression


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred

  • 18+ years old with valid driver’s license

  • Open availability (evenings and weekends required)

  • Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred

  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
